Core services

Matched to the anatomy and clinical needs of every case

Turning imaging data and clinical needs into a case-specific plan you can discuss, confirm and manufacture.

01 / Implants

Custom Implants (PSI)

Implant design and manufacturing support based on each case’s anatomy and clinical needs.

02 / Guides

Surgical Guides

Case-specific guide design and manufacturing support alongside the pre-surgical plan.

03 / Anatomical models

3D Anatomical Models 1:1 Bone Model

Turning imaging data into physical anatomical models to support pre-surgical planning and simulated surgery.

Case applications and design showcase

Case sharing, from pre-surgical planning to real-world application

We clearly mark the current stage of every case (from engineering support to pre-surgical design), so you can see exactly how far each technology has progressed in real clinical use.

Bone tumour case
3D planning and implant design

Turning clinical needs into a precise 3D view. This video shows multi-angle pre-surgical anatomical reconstruction for this bone tumour case, together with the precise placement of the custom implant.

Surgery has not yet been performed for this case; the video shows pre-surgical design only.
It is not evidence of implantation, post-operative recovery or clinical outcome.

Hong Kong · Lumbar spine · Surgery completed

Lumbar Kyphosis Case

The clinical problem was lumbar kyphosis. EonSyn provided patient-specific implants (PSI), surgical guides, a bone model and simulated surgery support.

Hong Kong · AAI · Details to be announced

AAI (Atlantoaxial Instability) Case

One AAI case has been completed and is currently under patent filing and in the medical literature; details will be announced once the relevant approvals are in place.

The models shown demonstrate engineering planning; surgery and treatment are carried out by the veterinary team. A completed operation is not the same as proven long-term efficacy — post-operative outcomes need dated follow-up data.

Workflow

From imaging to a custom solution

From data assessment and design confirmation to a simulated procedure with our team, then final delivery.

01

Submit case data

Provide your clinical needs and any existing CT images; our technical team will get in touch within 24 hours.

02

Assessment and quotation

Our team assesses your case and confirms the custom solution, any additional information needed, a clear quotation and the production lead time.

03

Design and confirmation

Work through the case-specific design together with the attending veterinarian, confirm the final plan and arrange the simulated surgery that follows.

04

Team simulated surgery

Run a simulated procedure with the EonSyn team to rehearse the surgical sequence before final delivery.

05

Final delivery

After the simulated procedure, final delivery and technical support are arranged according to the confirmed plan.

Actual timelines depend on the case, the completeness of the data and manufacturing requirements. Clinical decisions and surgery are the responsibility of the veterinary team.

Design showcase

Case-specific pelvic implant design

The video shows pelvic anatomical reconstruction and a case-specific implant design.

Design capability is not the same as clinical outcome

The models serve as pre-surgical engineering planning references only and are not actual surgical results. Final medical decisions and clinical outcomes are entirely the responsibility of the attending veterinary team.

Technology and quality information

Medical-grade quality and technical basis

When we discuss a case, we will walk you through the material specifications, manufacturing processes and quality certification documents, so that every custom solution rests on a rigorous scientific and engineering foundation.

Before you start

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to provide for a first enquiry?
You can start with the clinic's contact details, the anatomical site and the clinical need; the imaging format, any other required information and how to submit it will be confirmed by our technical team. Please do not post medical records or owner details in public comments.

How long does it take?
Time depends on the case, the completeness of the imaging and the design and manufacturing requirements; an estimated timeline is provided after assessment. It can be completed in as little as 4 working days.

How is pricing quoted?
Quotes are given in Hong Kong dollars based on the scope of design, the product and the manufacturing requirements. Specific costs and scope of service are confirmed at assessment.

Can pet owners order directly?
Case-specific surgical solutions require the attending veterinarian to take part in the clinical judgement and design confirmation. We suggest discussing it with the attending veterinarian first, who can then contact us. Of course, if needed, we can arrange a referral to a partner veterinarian to assess your pet.
